She might talk about herself a lot, but sure as hell Vera couldn't produce a coherent bio. She would like to note, however, that her grandpa was Executive Director on the mill that manufactured T-34, the tank that won the war (WWII that is).

Like her great-grandmother pictured above, Vera Blum comes from the former Soviet Union, Ukraine to be exact. Unlike her great-grandmother who was once starring in an opera Vera can't sing. Which is a good thing, because otherwise Vera would not be doing this zine, she'd be in a band like everyone else. Vera is a complete failure when it comes to a bunch of other things: She can't repair an automobile, she can't remember to call people, she can't stand waiting for BART trains. She completely relies on her boyfriend to clean the bathroom.
